What is the Trezor® Suite App?
Trezor® Suite App is the desktop (and web) companion to the Trezor® hardware wallet that lets you manage accounts, send and receive cryptocurrencies, sign transactions offline and access advanced features like portfolio overview and firmware updates.
Download & Install
To get started, visit trezor.io/start to download the correct Trezor® Suite for your operating system. If your browser requires it, also install Trezor Bridge — the small helper that enables USB communication between your device and the Suite. You can find the Bridge under the Suite download page as Trezor Bridge Download.
Trezor® Wallet Login & Common Issues
When you connect your Trezor® device and launch Trezor® Suite, you'll be prompted to unlock the device using your PIN. If Trezor® Suite does not detect your device:
- Confirm the cable and USB port are working and the device screen is on.
- Install or update Trezor Bridge and restart the computer.
- Try the alternate USB port and avoid USB hubs if possible.
If you see "Trezor Login not working" or "Unable to login Trezor," follow the Bridge reinstall and device reboot steps before troubleshooting further.
Account Recovery & 2FA
If your device is lost or damaged, you recover access using your recovery seed (the 12/24-word mnemonic created when you first set up the Trezor® hardware wallet). Do not share your seed with anyone. For Trezor account 2FA reset scenarios, note that the hardware wallet itself is the primary authentication — typical 2FA used with exchanges is separate. If you lost a locally stored PIN, you will need the seed to restore on a replacement device.
Troubleshooting Checklist
- Update Trezor® Suite and Trezor Bridge to latest versions from trezor.io/start.
- Use a direct USB connection and a known-good cable.
- Reboot your computer and device; check OS permissions (macOS may need USB permission).
- Clear browser caches if using the web Suite; prefer the desktop app for reliability.
- If you see "Error Connecting Trezor Account" or "Can't verify Trezor Wallet," try a different machine to isolate software vs. device issues.
When to Contact Trezor® Help Center
If you suspect device tampering, firmware corruption, or transactions you did not authorize, stop and visit the official Trezor® Help Center. They provide step-by-step guidance for firmware recovery, device checks and how to safely restore from your seed.
